FAQ
When does your session start?
Enrollment is ongoing, so you can register TODAY! Your child's class will begin on the first class day after registering unless otherwise requested.
How do we register?
Registering for classes is easy: Click on the class you are looking for, then click register beside the class of your choice.
How long are your sessions?
We have continuous enrollment with monthly billing. See class schedule for monthly tuition for each class.
How many students will be in the class?
We pride ourselves on our small class sizes which allow us to maximize instruction time for your son or daughter.
What if I have to miss a class?
Make-ups classes are allowed with current enrollment. Just choose another class for the same level on another day and time and let us know you will be attending. Make-ups are to be made up within the same month as the class missed. No more then 1 per month.
When will I know when to move my child to Team?
You know your child best, you can place them into the class that you feel might best suit their needs. If we feel as though they need to be in another class, we will let you know and transfer them for you.
My child is 3 (or 5), where should I register them?
If your child is interested in team, please let the instructor know and we will get you the information you need.
What is your cancellation policy?
In order to cancel your enrollment with Vitality Gymnastics proper notice must be given no later than the 15th of your last month of enrollment. Proper notice constitutes an email to vitalitygymnastics@gmail.com notifying us of the cancellation of enrollment or click here. A reason for discontinuing classes at Vitality Gymnastics is appreciated. If written notice is not received by the 15th of your last month of enrollment, your card may be charged for the following month's tuition.
Can I get a refund if I did not use classes I have paid for?
No refunds will be provided for tuition fees once charged to your account. It is the parent(s)/guardian(s) responsibility to cancel enrollment. Refunds will not be given for failure to notify us of a cancellation prior to discontinuing classes. If we have not seen your child in some time, we assume that you wish to continue enrollment and schedule make-ups at a later time. We do not assume they have dropped the class.

Dress Code
It is not fancy hair, gold jewelry or fine clothes that should make you beautiful. No, your beauty should come from inside you - The beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit. That beauty will never disappear and it is worth very much to God.
