Class Questions

When does your session start?

Enrollment is ongoing, so you can register TODAY! Your child's class will begin on the first class day after registering unless otherwise requested.

How do we register?

Registering for classes is easy: Click on the class you are looking for, then click register beside the class of your choice.

How long are your sessions?

We have continuous enrollment with monthly billing. See class schedule for monthly tuition for each class.

How many students will be in the class?

We pride ourselves on our small class sizes which allow us to maximize instruction time for your son or daughter. We try and stick to 7:1 on average.

What if I have to miss a class?

Make-ups classes are allowed with current enrollment. Just go to our call schedule and find the same class given at a different time with open spots available. Upon drop off, please check in to the front desk so that they can note your account. Make-ups are to be made up within 30 days of the class missed. No more then 1 per month.

My child is 3 (or 5), where should I register them?

You know your child best, you can place them into the class that you feel might best suit their needs. If we feel as though they need to be in another class, we will let you know and transfer them for you.

Fee Schedule

What is your cancellation policy?

In order to cancel your enrollment with Vitality Athletic Center please email vitalitygymnastics@gmail.com notifying us of the cancellation of enrollment or click here. A reason for discontinuing classes at Vitality Gymnastics is appreciated. If written notice is not received we will assume you want to continue and your card will be charged for the following month's tuition.

Can I get a refund if I did not use classes I have paid for?

No refunds will be provided for tuition fees once charged to your account. It is the parent(s)/guardian(s) responsibility to cancel enrollment. Refunds will not be given for failure to notify us of a cancellation prior to discontinuing classes. If we have not seen your child in some time, we assume that you wish to continue enrollment and schedule make-ups at a later time. We do not assume they have dropped the class.

How does the monthly fees work?

Our class fees are billed monthly, which does include those bonus weeks that happen within the year. The price you see online is based on a 4 week month, so should you receive a 5th class it would be additional. It will also prorate a class should the gym have a scheduled closure. You can find the gym closures  here, along with other gym events. Gym closings have already been considered in your monthly price and are not eligible to be made up.

Dress Code

It is not fancy hair, gold jewelry or fine clothes that should make you beautiful. No, your beauty should come from inside you - The beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit. That beauty will never disappear and it is worth very much to God.
