Class Questions

When does your session start?

• Enrollment is ongoing, so you can register TODAY! Your child's class will begin on the first class day after registering unless otherwise requested.

How do we register?

• Registering for classes is easy: Click on the class you are looking for, then click register beside the class of your choice.

How long are your sessions?

• We have continuous enrollment with monthly billing. See class schedule for monthly tuition for each class.

How many students will be in the class?

• We pride ourselves on our small class sizes which allow us to maximize instruction time for your son or daughter. We try and stick to 8:1 on average. 

What if I have to miss a class?

Make-Up Class Policy

•  Make-ups are to be made up within 30 days of the class missed. No more than 1 per month. To schedule your make-up session, simply review our class schedule and choose a day and time that works for you, just make sure there’s an open spot. Class openings are listed on our website under "Programs".

  No sign-up or registration is required for make-up classes.
 When you arrive for your make-up, please check in at the             front desk, and our staff will take care of signing you in.

Are parents allowed to stay?

• Yes, parents are welcome to stay and observe during class; however, all siblings must remain with a parent at all times.

Fee Schedule

What is your cancellation policy?

• In order to cancel your enrollment with Vitality Athletic Center please email [email protected] notifying us of the cancellation of enrollment or click here. Your cancellation will take effect 30 days after we get your email. A reason for discontinuing classes is appreciated. If written notice is not received your reservation is active. 

Can I get a refund if I did not use classes I have paid for?

• No refunds will be provided for tuition fees once charged to your account. It is the parent(s)/guardian(s) responsibility to cancel enrollment. Refunds will not be given for failure to notify us of a cancellation prior to discontinuing classes. 

How does the monthly fees work?

• Our class fees are billed monthly, which does include those bonus weeks that happen within the year. The price you see online will not change month to month. Gym closures are eligible to be made up. You can find the gym closures  here, along with other gym events.

Pricing
Annual Membership Fee

• There is a $45 Annual Membership fee for each family enrolled in 2025.

Billing and Payment

• We operate on a perpetual enrollment basis. Perpetual enrollment means that your child’s spot in class is automatically reserved upon timely receipt of your monthly tuition payment. All tuition billing at Vitality is set up as automatic billing. Upon registering for a class, you will be asked to provide credit card information for automatic credit card billing. Your payment will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month.
